One way to make — Pork Varattiyathu a.k.a. Kerala Pork Fry

A Mallu recipe.
This recipe is almost identical to the Beef Fry recipe with the exception of a few ingredients. As mentioned in the previous recipe, the most important part of the recipe is the meat itself. For best results, equal parts of fat and meat are required. I have used Pork Belly and Boneless Pork Ribs here.
Ingredients
- Pork Belly — 0.5 kg (1 pound approx.)
- Boneless Pork Ribs — 0.5 kg (1 pound approx.)
- Salt —4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder — 3/4 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder— 3 tsp
- Chilli Powder —3 tsp
- Coriander Powder —2 tsp
- Fennel Powder — 3 tsp
- Meat Masala / Garam Masala — 1 tsp
- Onion — 2 large sliced
- Ginger Garlic paste — 2 tbsp
- Curry Leaves — 3 or 4 stem
- Green Chilli — 5 pc sliced
- Coconut Oil — 2 tbsp
- Mustard seed — 1 tsp
- Sliced coconut — 1/4 cup (optional by highly recommended)
- Lemon — juice from 1/2
